Nautilus Insurance Group, a Berkley company, announces the appointment of Eric Marler as Sr. Vice President, Chief Claims Officer.

Mr. Marler brings more than 20 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, with a strong track record of leading claims organizations, driving operational transformation, and improving underwriting profitability. Most recently, he served as Head of Claims at a tech-enabled managing general agent (MGA). In that role, he oversaw enterprise claims strategy, reserving, litigation management, regulatory compliance, and claims operations across a national casualty portfolio.

Mr. Petronko has more than 19 years of experience in the insurance industry and has held leadership positions in finance, operations, and underwriting within property and casualty lines of business. Additionally, he worked in Ernst & Young’s Insurance Advisory practice, where he provided consulting services to large, multi-national insurers.

Scottsdale, Ariz. - Nautilus Insurance Group, a Berkley Company, announces the appointment of Curt Chalmers as Senior Vice President, Chief Underwriting Officer. He is the successor to Bill Floros, who plans to retire on December 31, 2023.

San Francisco, Calif. - Pathpoint, a digital platform for placing small commercial E&S business has teamed up with Nautilus Insurance Group. This partnership enables Pathpoint to offer a larger breadth of coverage to thousands of insurance agents who place risks on the platform.
