Nautilus Names Patrick Knodle Vice President of Business Solutions

Scottsdale, Ariz. – Nautilus Insurance Group, a Berkley company, announces the appointment of Patrick Knodle as Vice President of Business Solutions. 

In this role, Knodle will lead initiatives that enable growth, enhance operational effectiveness, and strengthen data-driven decision-making across the organization. He is widely recognized for his collaborative leadership style, pragmatic approach to innovation, and commitment to building scalable, user-centric solutions. 

Knodle brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience driving enterprise systems strategy, digital transformation, and large-scale platform modernization across global, multi-brand organizations. Most recently, he led enterprise platform development and integrations supporting a $1B+ franchise portfolio. 

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona, Knodle’s appointment signals Nautilus’ focus on digital innovation and scalable solutions that drive growth and operational excellence.
