We recognize the importance of time off for vacation and other life events and offer the following benefits:
Vacation – Employees receive a bank of hours for vacation or other personal situations. Vacation days are accrued annually, based on the length of each employee’s tenure with the company.
Philanthropy – We believe in serving the community. Each full-time employee has one paid day off per year to volunteer at a local charity.
Sick Time – Employees receive sick time on an annual basis, to be used for their own sickness or the sickness and care for dependent family members.
Bereavement Leave – We provide bereavement leave for regular full-time employees for qualifying immediate family members.
Paid Parental Leave – We provide paid parental leave, to eligible full-time U.S. employees, in connection with the birth or adoption of a child. The benefit provides two types of paid parental leave – Childbirth Recovery and Primary Caregiver – for regular full-time employees who have been employed for one year or longer at the time of the birth or adoption.
Jury Duty – Up to five days paid time off for jury duty for qualifying employees.
