Medical – We offer a high deductible health plan (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA) for full-time employees. The company makes a generous contribution to the HSA every year, and employees can also make pre-tax contributions to pay for eligible medical expenses.

Dental and Vision – Both dental and vision plans are offered with modest employee contributions. Insurance may be purchased for additional qualified dependent family members.

Disability – Both short-term and long-term disability coverage are provided at no cost to employees.

Life – Our basic life insurance benefit is equivalent to 1.5x your annual earnings and is paid by the company. Additional life insurance may be purchased by the employee.

Accidental Death And Dismemberment - AD&D is provided to employees at no cost.

Business Travel Accident - BTA is provided at no cost and provides employees with protection for accidental bodily injury while traveling on company business.

Our parent company, W. R. Berkley Corporation, provides a generous profit-sharing contribution to each eligible employee's 401(k) account annually. Upon eligibility, the plan provides for a minimum 5% contribution of an employee's eligible base salary annually.

Our EAP provides confidential support, information, and resource referrals for a variety of issues - both work and personal. The program includes assistance for household members and adult children.

We recognize the importance of time off for vacation and other life events and offer the following benefits:

Vacation – Employees receive a bank of hours for vacation or other personal situations. Vacation days are accrued annually, based on the length of each employee’s tenure with the company.

Philanthropy – We believe in serving the community. Each full-time employee has one paid day off per year to volunteer at a local charity.

Sick Time – Employees receive sick time on an annual basis, to be used for their own sickness or the sickness and care for dependent family members.

Bereavement Leave – We provide bereavement leave for regular full-time employees for qualifying immediate family members.

Paid Parental Leave – We provide paid parental leave, to eligible full-time U.S. employees, in connection with the birth or adoption of a child. The benefit provides two types of paid parental leave – Childbirth Recovery and Primary Caregiver – for regular full-time employees who have been employed for one year or longer at the time of the birth or adoption.

Jury Duty – Up to five days paid time off for jury duty for qualifying employees.
