For full-time employees, Nautilus offers a high deductible health plan (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA). The company makes a generous contribution to the HSA at the beginning of the plan year, and employees can also make pre-tax contributions to pay for eligible medical expenses.
This plan offers Prescription Drug coverage with three tiers of co-pays based on the type of drug (i.e. generic, brand-preferred or brand non-preferred).
A comprehensive dental plan is offered at no cost to employees. Family members may be added for a reasonable premium deduction. Preventative and diagnostic services are covered at 100%.
Coverage is provided through VSP and is employee paid. Annual eye exams are included.
Short-term and long term disability coverage is provided by the company at no cost to employees.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment
All employees are all provided with benefits paid by the company.
Paid for by the company, our life insurance benefit is equivalent to 1.5x your annual earnings. Additional life insurance may be purchased by the employee. Spouse of dependent life insurance is optional and paid for by the employee.
Retirement and Savings Plan
The W.R. Berkley Corporation provides a generous Profit Sharing contribution to each employee's 401k account annually. Upon eligibility, the plan guarantees a contribution of no less than 5% of an employee's salary each year. This contribution increases based upon Nautilus Insurance Group's overall profitability and performance.
Legal Plan Services
Employees may participate in a plan which provides them with unlimited toll-free telephone and in-office consultations with a plan attorney. Some of the services covered under the plan include estate planning documents, family law, real estate matters, traffic offenses and civil lawsuit defense.
Employee Assistance Program
Our EAP provides confidential support, information and resource referrals for a variety of issues - both work and personal. The program includes household members and adult children.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Employees can save money on many health care (medical, dental and vision), and dependent care expenses through Tax Advantage Reimbursement Accounts. These accounts allow the use of pre-tax dollars to pay for certain health care expenses (not covered by any other plan) or eligible dependent care expenses. That means the money set aside in these accounts is completely tax-free.
